Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 7 September 2026Last updated: 7 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of SpotOnn Sports websites, mobile applications, web applications, booking systems, sports programs and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, enrolling a participant, booking a Service, making a payment or otherwise using SpotOnn, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
Users must provide accurate, current and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and activity carried out through their accounts.
SpotOnn may provide accounts or access for parents, guardians, students, schools, coaches, academies, administrators, facility partners and other authorised users.
Participants Below 18 Years
Where a participant is below 18 years of age, registration, enrolment, payment, consent and management of the participant profile must be undertaken or authorised by a parent or lawful guardian. The parent or guardian confirms that they have authority to act for the participant, that information supplied is accurate, and that they consent to participation and relevant data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Child Data & Parental Consent Policy.
2. SpotOnn Services
Depending on location and availability, Services may include in-school and after-school sports programs, coaching, academies, camps, fitness or sports assessments, sporting events and tournaments, runs, scouting programs, facility booking, pay-and-play services, sports infrastructure services, performance programs and related offerings. Availability, schedules, coaches, locations, prices and program structures may change.
3. Registrations and Bookings
A booking or registration is confirmed only after completion of the required registration process and successful payment, where payment is applicable. Eligibility requirements may include age, gender where relevant to a competition, skill level, school, location, capacity or program-specific criteria. Users must verify participant, date, venue, batch, sport and price before payment.
4. Fees and Payments
Applicable fees will be displayed before payment. Payments may be processed through banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, card networks, app stores or other authorised providers. SpotOnn generally receives transaction confirmation and payment status rather than full banking credentials. Applicable taxes, convenience charges or processing fees may be shown separately.
5. Physical Activity, Health and Safety
Sports and physical activity involve inherent risks including falls, collision, fatigue, strains and accidental injury. Parents, guardians and participants are responsible for determining whether the participant is physically fit to participate and should communicate relevant medical restrictions, allergies or injuries to the responsible coach or coordinator.
Sports assessments, fitness scores, nutrition or lifestyle guidance and recommendations are for sports and developmental purposes and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice. Where appropriate, users should consult a qualified medical professional.
6. Attendance and Conduct
Participants must follow reasonable safety and conduct instructions from coaches, officials, facility staff and SpotOnn representatives. SpotOnn may remove or suspend a participant where conduct creates a safety risk, involves harassment, violence, damage, fraud or materially disrupts other participants.
7. Coaches, Venues and Scheduling
SpotOnn may change coaches, instructors, venues, fields, courts, batches or schedules where reasonably necessary. A particular coach or venue is not guaranteed unless expressly included as part of the purchased Service.
8. Photography, Video and Media
Photography and videography may take place during SpotOnn activities. Where a participant is below 18 years, identifiable media used for marketing or promotional purposes is governed by the SpotOnn Photography & Video Media Authorization Policy. Media Authorization is a standard part of enrolment and requires affirmative authorization from a parent or lawful guardian. Once granted, the authorization remains enabled for the participant unless withdrawn in accordance with that policy.
9. Performance Information and Results
Any sporting assessment, performance report, score, fitness profile, potential indicator or recommended sport is based on the tests, methodologies and observations applicable to the relevant program. Results do not guarantee selection, scholarship, competitive success or professional sporting outcomes.
10. Communications
Users may receive transactional communications about registrations, payments, schedules, attendance, cancellations, safety, account security and service matters. Optional promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and communication requirements.
11. Intellectual Property
SpotOnn names, logos, curriculum, software, reports, assessment frameworks, graphics, designs, text and other proprietary content may be protected by intellectual property laws. Users may use them only for personal or authorised purposes connected with the Services. Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, resale or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
12. Prohibited Use
- Compromising or attempting to bypass platform security.
- Impersonating another person or accessing another user's information without authority.
- Submitting fraudulent information or manipulating payments, results or registrations.
- Uploading malicious software or using the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Scraping, copying or commercially exploiting SpotOnn content without permission.
13. Suspension or Termination
SpotOnn may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, safety concerns, material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity or misuse. Where practicable, the affected user will be informed.
14. Third-Party Services
Services may involve independent schools, venues, payment processors, academies, coaches, technology providers, event partners or other third parties. Such parties may have separate terms and privacy practices. Responsibilities depend on the nature of the relevant service and applicable law.
15. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations are governed by the SpotOnn Cancellation Policy. Refunds are governed by the SpotOnn Refund Policy. Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a monetary refund.
16. Service Availability and Force Majeure
SpotOnn may suspend, cancel or reschedule Services because of maintenance, weather, unsafe playing conditions, government restrictions, venue unavailability, technical failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where appropriate, SpotOnn may offer rescheduling, substitution, credit or another remedy under the applicable policy and law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotOnn will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Changes to These Terms
SpotOnn may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, operations or law. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, email or another appropriate channel.
